Ladyjack Soccer Team Defeats Malvery 4-0

The Ladyjack soccer team stretched its winning streak to 4 games with a 4 to 0 win over the Malvern Lady Leopards Tuesday night.  The Ladyjacks jumped out with two quick early goals by Junior Hannah Richey and the Ladyjack offense seized control of the game with other multiple chances.  Coach Quoss said, "The girls came out very aggressive and determined to win tonight.  Those two goals by Hannah in the first 10 minutes of the game really put Malvern back on their heels."  Hannah Richey has been on a tear recently and would add a third goal, assisted by a perfect pass from Kimmi Aguilar,  in the second half to complete the hat trick. A few minutes later, Denisha Stallings capped off the victory with another goal to put the Ladyjacks up 4 to 0. Other notable performances came from senior Anahi Rostro and Junior Rosa Bautista.  These two Ladyjacks dominated the middle of the field and were the key in keeping Malvern off balance most of the night.   Also playing well was the Ladyjack defense.  They again kept their opponent with only 2 shots for the game and stifled the Malvern offense all night.  Coach Quoss added, "I can't tell you how proud of these girls I am.  They are a really special group and it's no secret that this season is fast becoming one of the best in Ladyjack history.  I am so very fortunate to be the coach of these ladies."    The Ladyjacks next game is against Hermitage, tentatively scheduled for Monday April 4 at 5 pm at home.  Ladyjack soccer invites you to come watch and cheer on these entertaining young ladies.
