During his visit, Chris talked about entering his fourth year in the NFL and his schedule for the upcoming season.  He reports April 18th for off season work and at the end of May will taqke part in 10 team practices that serve as something of a Spring practice.   Later there is a mini camp and training camp begins at the end of July.  He stated he has already begun working out on his own after taking some time off form last season.

Chris said the team has been making some trades and signing free agents in preparation for the 2016 year.  He spoke highly of his head coach, Rex Ryan, whom he stated is a players coach, always supporting and helping each team member.

As he left the office he told salineriverchronicle.com staff that "once a Lumberjack, always a Lumberjack."  Be on the lookout for additional information on the Chris Gragg camp.
