Steven Quoss
4-A Coach of the Year
Warren Ladyjack Soccer Coach Steven Quoss was named 4 4A Coach of the Year for soccer. His 2016 team went undefeated in conference play.  The team only had one loss (non-conference) to El Dorado early in the season in very wet conditions.  The Ladyjacks are a young team with only three of the starters being seniors.

"He is a fun coach and can be humorous and stern at the same," says Denisha Stallings a junior who is a starter and key player for the Ladyjacks.  "He is the best coach that a team could ever ask for."

Another starter, who is also a junior that will be returning next year, Hannah Richey says, "He always believed in us.  Even in the last seconds when we needed one goal to win, Quoss had faith and made us believe we could do it."

Leticia Crisostomo, another junior on the team says that "Coach Quoss cares about his players. When he notices that we are down or may be worried about something, he talks to us and is very supportive."

In addition to coaching, Quoss teaches social studies at Warren High School and sponsors the high school chess club.

He is married to Becki Quoss who teaches at Brunson New Vision Charter School.  The couple has two children, a son Alan and a daughter Abby.
