In the fourth quarter the Jacks added another TD on a nice fourteen yard run by Daniels, behind excellent blocking. The extra point missed.  LR Christian then had an eight yard run for a score, but they too missed the point after.  The final touchdow came on a 15 yard pass by the Warriors followed by the PAT. Warren covered the onside kick and held on to win 55-48.

The Lumberjacks rushed for 303 yards with Daniels gaining 194 and Lassiter 107.  Lassiter completed 17 of 25 passes for 289 yards with one interception.  He threw three touchdown passes.  McKnight led with 7 catches and a TD, Burks caught 5 for 133 yards and one TD.  Braden Hargis had three receptions and a touchdown.  Cade Reep and Branden Curry had a catch each.

Warren's defense was lead by Byron Person with 12 tackles, folowed by Luke Gorman with 8, J'malachi Kinnard with 6 and Victor Xharicata with 5.  Grayson Ashcraft had three solo tackes and one sack.  Dshawn had a very important interception to stop a LR Christian scoring drive.

This game was obviously an offensive battle with the Warren defensive making enough plays to win.  After defeating 5A LR Christian, the Jacks will travel to Stuttgart Friday September, 9th to face a very good 4A nonconference Ricebird team.  Warren needs a big crowd to attend and support the Lumberjacks.

At the conclusion of the game, Hayden Lassiter was named the Most Valuable Player and presented an award.
