Improvements Continue to Add Up at Axley Field

Improvements continue to be made at the former Axley Field where the City of Warren and the Warren School District received a grant to turn the field into a soccer playing field.  The grant has already financed the construction of a beautiful concession stand, and new lights have been installed. Now, more progress can be seen as the scoreboard has been put in place.
