THE GREAT OUTDOORS YOUTH DAY

The Cooperative Extension Service of Bradley, Calhoun, Dallas, and Cleveland Counties is once again sponsoring The Great Outdoors Youth Day on Saturday, May 6th, at the Bradley County Park. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. (at the tennis court pavilion) and events will include Fishing Derby, Learning Stations, and other special activities.  All youth ages 5-14 years old are invited.  Youth under age 9 will be required to have a parent present, however, all parents are encouraged to attend. No refreshments or lunch will be provided this year.  Bring your own fishing poles and bait for catching catfish.  For more information, contact John Gavin at the Bradley County Extension Office at 870-226-8410.  The Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service offers its programs to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, disability, marital or veteran status, genetic information, or any other legally protected status, and is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
