Two Lumberjacks Named to All-Arkansas Preps Football Team
Two members of the 2017 Warren Lumberjack Football team have been named to the All-Arkansas Preps Football Team. Named to the first team offense as a wide receiver was Warren Jr. Treylon Burks. Burks had an outstanding season as a wide receiver, quarterback, linebacker, kick returner and punter. He produced in every game and provided great leadership. Burks caught 12 touchdown passes and scored on multiple runs and kick returns.
Making the Top Sophomores Team, was running back Vincent Stepps. Stepps ran for 1,221-yards and scored eight touchdowns.
The Lumberjacks had five players make All Class 4A. A list of all Lumberjacks to be named All 84A conference will be forthcoming.
