The Warren Jr. Lady Jacks, the Warren Sr. lady Jacks and the Warren Men's Sr. Lumberjack basketball teams traveled to Lake Village Friday evening, January 5th and played the Lake Villagve Beaver teams. Warren completed a clean sweep, winning all three games.
The Jr. Girls won and the Sr. Girls dominated and won by the score of 46-26. The Lady Jacks ran a faced paced offense and played hard nosed defensive to jump out front and they never trailed.
The Sr. boys got off to a good start but hot shooting by Lake Village kept them in the game for the first half. Warren's outstanding rebounding and strong inside play helped the Jacks pull away in the second half. The Lumberjacks won the game 87-60. All of the Warren players saw some action and all contributed.
The Lumberjack starting five consist of Vincent Stepps, Cobe Muldrew, Marcus miller, Treylon Burtks and Javion Robinson. All played well with major contributions from T.J. Phillips and Tre Buford. Donavan Ross was unable to dress out due to some type injury. The Lake Village game was non-conference.
