MONTICELLO — The University of Arkansas at Monticello men's basketball team will be hosting two youth basketball camps this June inside Steelman Fieldhouse.
UAM will host a shooting camp on June 18 through June 20 for both boy's and girl's going into grades K through High School. Camp will run from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. each day as well.
The second camp of the summer conducted by the UAM Basketball staff will be held on June 25 through June 27. This camp will also run from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. each day.
The cost of each camp for an individual participant will be $75, and the camps will focus on defensive concepts, individual offensive moves, shooting, setting and receiving screens, ball handling moves, dribble moves, rebounding, passing and total player development.
Check-in for each camp will be inside the Steelman Fieldhouse lobby between 8:15 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 18, and on Monday, June 25.
