Lumberjack Basketball Underway

The Warren Senior Lumberjack Basketball team opened the 2018-2019 basketball season with a 54-32 win over the Dollarway Cardinals in a tournament in Fordyce.  The boys will next face Fordyce Wednesday, November 28th with tip off scheduled for around 7:45 P.M.  The tournament is running from November 24th through December 1st. 

December 8-15 is the date for the Dual State Tournament that is held annually in Junction City.  Both Warren's Sr. boys and girls will be taking part in the tournament. 

So far this season the Sr. Girls have defeated Dollarway 50-13 and the Jr. Girls has have lost to Monticello 36-34, lost to Pine Bluff 27-23 and lost to Magnolia 28-17.  The Jr. girls beat Dollarway 37-6.  The Sr. Girls will play Friday afternoon at Drew Central against Valley Springs, with tip off at 4:00 P.M.  The Sr. Boys will play at Drew Central at 5:15 P.M.
