The Warren Lumberjack Baseball Team won a major victory Monday, April 12 as they defeated a very good Camden Fairview Team in conference play by the score of 6-5. It was an important win in Warren's efforts to make the state playoffs.
Payton Byrd threw 5 1/3 innings giving up three runs on five hits and striking out eight. Aiden Reynolds gets the win pitching 1 2/3 innings giving up two runs on two hits and striking out two.
Clay Barnes, Maddox Lassiter, Westin Hargrave, Caleb Barnes and Delfino Rivera each had two hits. Rivera had the walk off single to win the game.
Warren plays Hamburg Tuesday, April 13 at Hamburg with the game set to begin at 5:00pm.
