Lumberjack Sports Hall of Fame Inducts Six

The Warren Lumberjack Sports Hall of Fame has elected to induct four former players, one Booster and one state championship team into the 2018 class.  Selected to be inducted during the 2018 All Sports Banquet to be held later this year are:

*1931 Men's State Championship Basketball Team

*Jarius Wright-Wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings, former Razorback receiver

*Chris Gragg-Former Razorback receiver, former Buffalo Bill Tight End, now with the New York Jets

*Greg Childs-Former Razorback receiver, drafted by the Vikings before being injured

*Mark Jennings-Lumberjack Booster Club President and longtime supporter of the Lumberjack
 program.  Oversees the Lumberjack tunnel on football game nights. 

*Randall Herring-Outstanding Lumberjack Basketball player, veteran and past Executive Director of
 the Donald W. Reynolds YMCA of Warren and Bradley County. 


Wright, Gragg and Childs will be inducted for football, Jennings as a Booster and Herring for basketball. 

All family members of players on the 1931 basketball team are invited to attend and take part in the induction ceremony. 

As soon as a date is set, information will be made public.  Normally, the event takes place in May.
